North Vancouver Recreation & Culture (NVRC) is dedicated to building healthy individuals, families and communities. Responsibilities
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
You will deliver excellent front line customer experiences by providing information to the public, selling performance tickets in person and over the phone, collecting payments and assisting with related administrative responsibilities.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Previous customer service training, experience, and cash handling experience is desirable. Knowledge of ticketing software (we currently use Show Pass), MS Excel and Word would also be beneficial.
All employees will be available to work at any North Vancouver Recreation & Culture location. All candidates are required to submit a Police Information Check as a condition of employment.
Compensation The pay for this unionized auxiliary position ranges between $25.22 and $29.48 per hour with 12% in lieu of perks.
Hours of Work Involves shift work that include days, evenings and/or weekends with no guarantee of hours.
