As Senior Property Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of newly registered flag ship condominium properties, leading a team of Property Managers managing day-to-day operations in alignment with the Condominium Act and corporate standards. This leadership role focuses on operational performance, client relations, and staff development while ensuring properties are well-maintained, fiscally sound, and compliant.Key Responsibilities




Advise Boards of Directors and site staff on governance, audits, and complianceOversee vendor management, service contracts, and performance reviewsEnforce condominium by-laws and declarations across assigned sitesPrepare and review annual budgets, reserve fund plans, and financial reportsConduct weekly site visits and follow up on repairs, deficiencies, and insurance claimsCoordinate and attend board meetings, AGMs, and special meetingsSupport emergency planning and ensure health and safety complianceLead and develop on-site teams, including hiring, training, and schedulingAssist in onboarding new team members and supporting internal training initiativesQualifications
10+ years of experience in residential condominium property managementCMRAO General License (required)Experience managing multiple sites and leading teamsExcellent communication and client service skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management systemsOrganized, self-directed, and calm under pressureWhy Apply?
