Painter Mr. Maintenance Man Ltd. – Grande Prairie, AB Mr. Maintenance Man Ltd. is looking for a reliable and experienced Painter to join our team in Grande Prairie and surrounding areas. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can provide a clean, professional finish. Responsibilities - Interior wall and ceiling painting - Painting doors, trim and baseboards - Cutting in walls, ceilings and trim - Rolling and brushing - Proper surface preparation - Filling nail holes, dents and minor imperfections - Light drywall patching before painting - Sanding, caulking and priming - Masking and protecting floors, furniture and other surfaces - Applying two or more coats when required - Touch-ups and repainting - Maintaining a clean and organized work area - Cleaning tools and equipment after jobs - Working independently or with other painters What We're Looking For - Previous painting experience preferred - Strong attention to detail - Able to cut straight,



clean lines - Knowledge of proper painting preparation and application - Comfortable using ladders - Physically capable of performing painting work throughout the day - Reliable and punctual - Able to work independently - Professional when working in customers' homes and rental properties - Valid driver's licence preferred - Reliable transportation is an asset - Own basic painting tools are an asset Position Job Type: Casual / Part time, with the potential for more hours depending on workload Location: Grande Prairie, Alberta and surrounding area To Apply: Please submit your resume through Indeed and include a brief description of your painting experience.
