Outreach Coordinator (Full-Time, Permanent)
Green Standards LTD - Toronto, ON
Hybrid Work - Currently 3 days per week in-office, the balance from home.
About the company:
Each year in North America roughly 10 million tons of furniture and equipment ends up in landfills. Much of this is generated by corporate real estate projects, which is increasingly out of sync with the sustainability policies of many corporations and institutions.
Green Standards is a world leader in managing the sustainable decommissioning of corporate interiors, and works with some of the largest organizations in the world, including many Fortune 100 corporations.
We have managed hundreds of projects in North America, Europe and beyond. And in just a few years we have:
- Diverted 60K+ tons of material from landfill
- Generated $30M+ in in-kind donations to non-profits
- Worked on several of the largest corporate real-estate projects in history
Green Standards is growing rapidly and is looking for a highly motivated individual -- someone excited about joining a great team and contributing to an important social and environmental mission!

- Drafting logistics plans with support of Project Managers
- Working with logistics providers to track execution
- Troubleshooting and finding creative solutions to problems
- Gathering and publishing data metrics, testimonials, and client reporting
- Others tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager
Skills/Experience:
- An outgoing disposition and optimistic attitude!
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience making persuasive and friendly calls
- Past experience with database and/or MS Office
- Problem solving skills and great attention to detail
- Ability to thrive a very fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

We work tirelessly to maximize charitable donations and minimize landfill on every project we handle, and we expect every member of our team to contribute to these carefully tracked goals.
