Under the supervision of the Director of Procurement, Logistics and Equipment, the Financial Analyst – Logistics will be responsible for supporting the Directors of the logistics group in making strategic decisions and establishing business strategies, in order to contribute to the achievement of financial and operational objectives. He or she will participate in the construction of financial models for evaluation and budgeting purposes, the preparation of financial reports, the analysis of monthly variances and the control of expenses. In addition, the analyst will use his or her expertise to design, produce and implement dashboards and performance indicators that will contribute to decision-making and help the company and the department achieve maximum efficiency.

- Support logistics managers in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly trends and three-year plans;
- Create dashboards and establish key performance indicators for the various departments;
- Build and maintain financial projection and analysis models;
- Participate in projects to implement or develop analytical tools, budget systems and optimize financial reporting;
- Analyze, prepare and present financial results to management;
- Make relevant recommendations;
- Conduct a monthly variance analysis, justify these variances and ensure rigorous control of the budget;
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports;
- Master the financial structure and ensure that users understand it well in their daily lives (support and occasional training);
- Work closely with the finance department for financial statements;
- Produce the annual report.

This role could be for you if you have

- Hold a bachelor's degree in administration, with a concentration in management, finance or accounting;
- Accounting designation (CPA) is an asset;




- Have 2 to 5 years of experience in analysis, data compilation and accounting cycle;
- Intermediate knowledge of English, both oral and written, in order to interact occasionally with suppliers and colleagues on a national scale. Must be able to write communications and edit documents in English;
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Power BI;
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts and techniques;
- Be methodical, rigorous and creative, while having a critical mind;
- Demonstrate great curiosity, a concern for a job well done and a strong taste for continuous improvement.
