Overview
We are a boutique butcher shop located in the heart of Geary Ave and are looking for an experienced meat cutter to join our team part time.

The position will include:

- Preparing cuts for the counter

- Fulfilling specifications when preparing specialty orders.

- Assisting in rotating product

-Receiving and putting away orders

- Making sausage

-Preparing marinades

-Marinating product for shelves

-Serving customers

-Cleaning work area and equipment

This position will require:

-Advanced knife skills

- Portion cutting with a high degree of accuracy

-Experience cutting meat either in a kitchen or butcher shop setting

-Knowledge of cuts

-Attention to detail

- Working at a rapid pace

- Cleanliness

-Willingness to take direction

- Working cohesively with others

-Customer service skills

-Positive attitude

-Passion for food

-Ability to carry a minimum of 60lbs

- Weekend availability
