Duties

- Manage and record all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure accuracy in account balances
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Prepare detailed account analysis reports to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Conduct account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to maintain precise financial records
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and forecasting future financial needs




- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other supporting documentation for audit readiness

Experience

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role with a robust understanding of bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or equivalent systems
- Solid knowledge of accounting practices including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
- Experience with payroll processing and related compliance requirements is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed account analysis and budgeting tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
