Hilaka Contracting is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a shop environment, with potential opportunities for apprenticeship and long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain overall shop cleanliness and organization
- Sweep floors and empty scrap bins as needed
- Organize shelves and ensure parts/materials are stored in designated areas
- Assist mechanics with tasks as required
- Support general shop duties
- Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean, complete, and safe
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures for equipment use and shop operations

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

- Wage: $18.50–$30/hour (depending on experience)
