Tim Hortons is currently hiring Morning Bakers to join our team!

As a Morning Baker, your top priority is creating fresh, high-quality bakery products that our guests love. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where your energy, attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to food safety will help create exceptional guest experiences.

Pay

$16.70–$18.00 per hour

Shift

4:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Positions Available

- Full-Time: 5 days per week
- Part-Time: 2–3 days per week
- Must be available for early morning shifts starting at 4:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

- Bake and prepare Tim Hortons bakery products according to brand standards
- Ensure product freshness, quality, and presentation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain proper product levels throughout the shift
- Organize and manage the baking area efficiently
- Receive and rotate inventory using FIFO procedures
- Keep workstations clean, safe, and organized
- Work closely with the restaurant team to achieve daily goals




- Deliver consistent quality and freshness for our guests

Requirements

- Previous baking or food service experience is an asset
- Solid time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness
