Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Property & Casualty Adjusters to join our team in multiple regions across Ontario including London, Owen Sound, Huntsville and Thunder Bay. In this role, you would play a vital role in managing insurance claims related to property and casualty incidents. This energetic professional will evaluate damages, negotiate settlements, and deliver exceptional customer service while utilizing strong analysis and organizational skills. Responsibilities

- Investigate property and casualty claims thoroughly by examining damages, reviewing policies, and gathering relevant information.
- Negotiate claim settlements effectively, balancing company policies with client needs to reach fair resolutions.
- Communicate clearly with policyholders, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep all parties informed throughout the claims process.
- Analyze claim details to determine coverage eligibility, liability, and appropriate compensation amounts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of claim files, reports,



and correspondence for compliance and audit purposes.
- Prioritize workload efficiently to handle multiple claims simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in property and casualty insurance adjusting or related roles demonstrating strong analysis skills.
- Excellent negotiation abilities with a track record of achieving balanced outcomes.
- Superior customer service skills with a focus on empathetic communication.
- Strong organizational skills to manage detailed claim files and documentation accurately.
- Ability to analyze complex information quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry best practices is preferred.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in property & casualty adjusting are advantageous.

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
