Total rewards:

A typical day:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking,



and industry events
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
- Coordinate reference checks and pre-employment screening activities
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and track hiring metrics

Successful candidates will have:

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, maintenance, skilled trades, or corporate positions
- Strong sourcing and talent attraction capabilities
- Experience screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices
