Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
- Manage sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and receipts
- Upsell related products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked and visually appealing
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and offering personalized recommendations
- Support inventory management through merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory counts
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with customers and team members to foster a collaborative environment
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls as needed




- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and safety checks

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, or technical sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
- Excellent communication skills with clear phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Experience with merchandising, cashiering, or retail operations enhances your fit for this role

Pay: $31.00-$33.00 per hour
