We are currently seeking an experienced Panel Wirer / Electrical Assembler to join our clients growing manufacturing team in Mississauga. This is a hands-on position responsible for assembling and wiring electrical control panels and related electromechanical products according to schematics, layouts, and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of panel wiring or industrial electrical assembly experience, robust attention to detail, and the ability to confidently read and interpret electrical schematics.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and layouts to plan assembly and wiring.
- Wire electrical control panels, including crimping, terminating, routing, and labelling wiring.
- Assemble electromechanical products including enclosures, bus bars, power resistors, and switchgear.
- Install components such as resistors, relays, circuit breakers, terminals, and terminal blocks.
- Perform continuity testing, torque checks, and visual inspections to ensure quality.
- Troubleshoot completed panels and identify wiring or assembly issues.
- Work closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve problems and improve processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation and follow all safety procedures.




- Assist with additional production and assembly duties as required.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in electrical panel wiring or industrial electrical assembly.
- Electrical Technician diploma, Red Seal/442A apprenticeship in progress, or equivalent technical training preferred.
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Experience using hand and power tools, including ferrule crimping and labelling systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical assembly practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with CSA C22.2 No. 286 or UL 508A is considered an asset.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM

Payrate: $24.00/hr.

Pay: $24.00 per hour
