Belleville Volkswagen, part of the Boyer Auto Group, is looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to join our team. With over 40 years of family-owned experience, we’re looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced, customer-oriented setting.

Responsibilities:

- Help customers and technicians find the right parts and accessories.
- Receive, stock, and organize parts inventory for easy access.
- Process orders quickly and accurately to meet delivery timelines.
- Manage parts returns and warranty claims with manufacturers.
- Order and track special or back-ordered items with suppliers.
- Recommend parts or upgrades to customers to boost sales.
- Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, and orders.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to meet repair timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and storage area.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in a parts department or a similar role is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and point-of-sale software.
- A strong work ethic,



attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, with the ability to learn and use manufacturer parts catalogue systems.
