Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Your ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments through the POS system, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to meet demand.




- Adhere to all safety and health regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.

Skills

- Proficient in bartending techniques with knowledge of various cocktails and drink recipes.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience in cashiering and basic math for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Pay: $17.60-$24.00 per hour
