Responsibilities

- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and comfort for each client
- Consult with clients to understand their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and lengths
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally
- Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, check-ins, and retail sales of lash care products
- Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication,

Qualifications

- Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions or a related beauty service is preferred but not required; training can be provided for the right candidate
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming environment
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling, payments, and client inquiries
- Detail-oriented with a steady hand and an eye for symmetry and aesthetics
- Professional attitude with a passion for beauty and helping clients feel confident
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours as needed

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
