Duties

- Support lead teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development.
- Assist with daily caregiving routines including feeding, diapering, and hygiene to ensure children’s comfort and safety.
- Create a warm, welcoming environment that encourages children to express themselves and build social skills.
- Observe and document children’s progress, behaviors, and interests to inform individualized support strategies.
- Help facilitate activities that develop motor skills, language abilities, and emotional regulation.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards.




- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s daily experiences and developmental milestones.

Skills

- Prior classroom experience working with young children or in early childhood education settings.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs to support inclusive learning environments.
- Robust teaching abilities with a passion for nurturing early childhood development.
- Compassionate caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and active listening.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions while adapting to the dynamic needs of a classroom setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices for fostering growth in young learners.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and families.
