Position Overview
We are currently seeking skilled Red Seal Journeyman Plumbers who take pride in their workmanship and thrive in a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will work on diverse projects while helping mentor the next generation of tradespeople.
Key Responsibilities
* Install plumbing systems for multi-family residential and commercial construction projects.
* Read and interpret blueprints, project documents, and technical specifications.
* Perform rough-ins, finish installations, fixture setups, and equipment hookups.
* Ensure all work is fully code-compliant and meets company quality standards.
* Work collaboratively with project supervisors, sub-trades, and clients.
* Mentor, guide,



and teach apprentices on site.
* Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Certification: Red Seal Plumber Certificate (or equivalent Journeyman ticket).
* Experience: Proven experience in current construction (multi-family/commercial).
* Skills: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and problem-solve on site.
* Licensing: Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
* Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely in various site conditions.
* Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent professional references.

Asset Qualifications (Nice to Have)
* Gasfitter Ticket (B or A)
* Cross-Connection / Backflow Assembly Tester certification
* First Aid or additional safety certifications

Pay: $38.00-$42.00 per hour
