We are currently hiring full-time and part time, year-round team members for our downtown restaurant. We’re looking for experienced professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and bring a calm, organized, and detail-oriented approach to every shift. The ideal candidate is confident under pressure, excels in a high-energy setting, and maintains a warm and welcoming presence with both guests and teammates.

This is not an entry-level role. Previous bartending experience is required, and only qualified candidates will be considered. Full-time availability is essential, including the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts, as this position primarily operates during evening service hours.

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Verify customer age and comply with all alcohol service regulations




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, seating areas, and equipment
- Restock bar inventory, garnishes, glassware, and supplies
- Process customer payments accurately using POS systems
- Monitor guest behavior and handle difficult situations professionally
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service
- Open and close the bar according to company procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and ordering as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

*Please Note* We are a "Tip Pool" establishment. The hourly compensation stated is inclusive of gratuities. All monetary compensation is paid out on paycheque, 4 times per month.
