Responsibilities

- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through check-in procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer questions, schedule appointments, and relay messages promptly
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records using ACCURO
- Verify patient insurance information and update medical records with relevant details
- Schedule, reschedule,



and confirm appointments efficiently while managing a busy front desk environment
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing patient forms with attention to detail
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointment management

Experience

- Previous experience working in a medical office environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with electronic health record system- Accuro EMR system
- Proven office experience in front desk or administrative roles demonstrates organizational competence
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems and managing busy front desk operations is desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with professional demeanor to interact effectively with diverse patients and team members
- Ability to adapt quickly in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Pay: $19.50-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
