About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Lawn Maintenance Crew Worker to join our team. You’ll help keep residential and commercial properties looking clean, healthy, and well-maintained throughout the season.

This is a hands-on outdoor position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

This is a year-round position, with opportunities to continue working through the winter season. During the colder months, our team shifts to snow removal, providing consistent work and the opportunity to stay active throughout the year.

Responsibilities

- Mow, trim, edge, and blow lawns and landscaped areas
- Weed gardens, beds, and other landscaped areas
- Perform spring/fall cleanups and general property maintenance
- Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other hand tools
- Load, unload, and properly care for equipment and materials
- Follow job instructions and complete work efficiently and to a high standard
- Keep properties, vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized




- Work safely and follow company procedures
- Provide professional, respectful service to customers and their properties
- Communicate with crew leaders and management about job needs or issues

Requirements

- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically able to lift, carry, bend, stand, and work for extended periods
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valuable attention to detail and pride in your work
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is an asset, but willing to train the right person

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
