Benchmark Fabricators is hiring a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of architectural façade and cladding projects from award through fabrication and shipment. You'll work closely with clients, installers, architects/GCs, and our internal design + production teams to keep drawings, approvals, and fabrication schedules on track.

Responsibilities

- Track and process shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and approval status.

- Coordinate production priorities with the shop and confirm lead times for materials.

- Maintain project documentation (revisions, specifications, change tracking, delivery notes).

- Coordinate shipping/logistics and delivery timing with site teams/installers.

- Support quality/closeout: punch items, completion confirmations,



and as-built updates.

Qualifications

- Diploma/degree in Construction, Engineering Technology, or related (or equivalent experience).

- Strong organization and follow-up skills in a rapid-paced production environment.

- Comfortable reading drawings and managing revision control.

- Proficiency with Excel; experience with CAD/shop drawing workflows is an asset.

- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
