Job Title: Cold Storage Warehouse Associate – Immediate Hire, $18.85/hr, Weekly Pay, Path to Permanent

Location: Richmond, BC

Job Type: Temporary-to-Permanent. Direct hire eligible after successful completion of the provisional period.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility to work 2 Sundays per month. Predictable hours, no rotating shifts.

Pay: Up to $18.85/hour (based on meeting all requirements), paid weekly.

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cooler Production Associate to join our team in a dynamic, temperature-controlled cold environment (0°C to 5°C). This isn't a desk job. It's hands-on, physical, and rewarding work for someone who takes pride in getting the job done right.

What You'll Do

- Handle all aspects of cooler operations: sorting, receiving, storing, and preparing products for the production line
- Track and verify inventory using Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Keep the warehouse safe, organized, and running efficiently
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, comfortably, in a cold, dynamic setting

What You Bring

- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ months of experience as a Production Associate or similar role




- Comfortable working in a cold workplace (0°C to 5°C) for full shifts, day in and day out
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (data entry, spreadsheets, formulas)
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full availability Monday to Sunday (core schedule is Mon to Fri, plus 2 Sundays/month)

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in refrigerated/cold storage environments
- Valid forklift license

Certifications & PPE Required

- Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps
- CSA-approved safety footwear
