We're looking for Mid-Level to Senior Field Service Technicians / Installers to join our team.

This is a hands-on position for mechanically minded individuals who enjoy troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining waste and industrial equipment at customer locations. Key Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain waste and industrial equipment
- Service equipment such as compactors, chute systems, recycling systems, and related equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control-system issues
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
- Respond to service calls at customer locations
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, technical drawings, and schematics
- Perform welding and fabrication repairs when required
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and controls
- Work with PLC-controlled equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service
- Complete accurate service reports and document work performed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work independently while maintaining communication with the MJW team
- Travel to customer locations and work out of town,



including overnight stays, when required

Required Qualifications

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good driving record
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
- Willingness to work overtime based on customer and company needs
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Qualified appearance and attitude
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures

Experience & Technical Skills

- Hydraulic systems and repairs
- MIG or Stick welding
- Electrical troubleshooting and controls
- PLC systems and troubleshooting
- Waste-management or industrial equipment
- Heavy equipment or mobile equipment repair
- Mechanical repair and maintenance
- Fabrication and welding
- Equipment installation and commissioning

Pay: $24.00-$40.00 per hour
