Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our roofing team. The ideal candidate will assist with various manual tasks in office, supporting the successful completion of projects. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in construction and roofing while contributing to a dynamic work environment. The Laborer will be responsible for performing physically demanding tasks, ensuring safety, and maintaining a clean and organized work site.

Duties

- Assist with the use of hand tools and power tools to perform construction-related tasks
- Perform heavy lifting of materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to aid in project execution
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure quality finishes
- Conduct general handyman tasks, including repairs and maintenance around the site
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures




- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to promote safety for all team members

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools used in construction projects
- Experience in construction, roofing or related fields is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of blueprint reading to understand project plans and specifications
- Familiarity with caulking, sealing, and finishing techniques
- Prior roofing experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions for extended periods

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
