Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Condo Heat Pump/Fan Coil Technician to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heat pump systems and fan coil units within residential condominium buildings. Your expertise will ensure optimal comfort and energy efficiency for residents while adhering to safety standards and building codes. Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, and service heat pump systems and fan coil units across multiple condominium properties
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, coil cleaning, and system calibrations to ensure peak performance
- Conduct repairs involving plumbing connections, electrical wiring, welding, and mechanical components as needed
- Interpret schematics and technical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions
- Collaborate with contractors on complex projects requiring construction experience or specialized skills
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders,



and inspection reports to ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems, boilers, appliances, and related equipment
- Proficiency in plumbing, welding, and basic construction practices for system installation and repairs
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams accurately
- Hands-on experience with appliance repair, boiler systems, and HVAC troubleshooting techniques
- Mechanical aptitude combined with previous mechanic experience in building maintenance or similar fields
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to electrical work, welding procedures, and plumbing systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $25.00-$100.00 per hour
