About WELLCALM

WELLCALM brings qualified wellness and rehabilitation care directly to clients at home, at work, in hotels, residences and other locations.

We work with individual clients, corporate teams, hotel guests, residential communities and clients looking for convenient, professional care outside the traditional clinic setting.

We’re currently growing our Vancouver team and looking for Registered Massage Therapists who want more flexibility, additional bookings and the opportunity to build a mobile practice without managing every part of the client experience themselves.

The opportunity

As a WELLCALM RMT, you can choose the types of bookings and areas that work for you.

Opportunities may include:

- In-home massage appointments
- Hotel and residence bookings
- Workplace wellness
- Corporate massage days
- Events and brand activations
- Recurring client bookings

There are no required clinic shifts. You can accept opportunities based on your own availability, preferred service areas and schedule.

What we handle

WELLCALM supports the operational side of the booking so you can focus on providing care.

Depending on the booking type, we coordinate:

- Client booking and scheduling
- Payment collection
- Client communication
- Appointment details
- Therapist matching
- Corporate and hotel coordination
- Administrative support

What you'll do

- Provide professional Registered Massage Therapy in clients' homes, workplaces, hotels, residences and other approved locations




- Complete appropriate assessments and treatment notes
- Maintain professional standards of care
- Arrive prepared with the equipment required for the appointment
- Communicate clearly with clients and the WELLCALM coordination team
- Complete post-treatment documentation when required
- Provide receipts and documentation in accordance with applicable professional requirements

Who we're looking for

You are:

- A Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC
- Professionally insured
- Comfortable working independently in mobile environments
- Reliable and responsive
- Client-focused and professional
- Comfortable travelling within your selected service area
- Interested in building additional recurring clients

Experience with in-home care, hotel massage, corporate wellness or mobile treatment is an asset but is not required.

Pay: $84.30-$125.30 per hour

Expected hours: 2.0 – 30.0 per week
