We are currently seeking a Warehouse Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role that supports mining operations by managing inventory, receiving and issuing materials, and ensuring critical parts are available for maintenance teams. Skilled in safe material handling, inventory systems, and maintaining accurate records in quick-paced, safety-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Support safe work practices and follow all site safety policies and operational procedures
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments (parts, tools, equipment)
- Safely store and organize materials in the warehouse
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions
- Operate hand tools and equipment like zoombooms and forklifts
- Perform general labour duties including site clean-up, materials handling, and assisting trades and operators as required
- Follow directions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team
- Communicate effectively using two-way radio in a busy site environment

Position Requirements

- 3+ years warehouse experience is required, preferably in the mining industry
- Equipment experience with forklift and zoomboom is required




- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50lbs
- Strong ability to work independently and make sound decisions in dynamic conditions
- Comfortable working rotating day and night shifts
- Prior camp experience considered an asset
- Comfortable using hand tools and working outdoors in all weather
- Ability to drive in red zones and follow all site traffic rules (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
- Ability to work outside in changing weather conditions over a 12 hour shift
- Must hold a valid BC driver licence with reliable to transport
- Must have reliable transportation to Vanderhoof or Prince George
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
