Cashiers

The Cashier is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and greeting and directing arriving customers in a friendly manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Greet customers in a professional, friendly manner in order to create a welcoming environment.
- Process payments by accepting cash and/or credit cards, accurately returning the change, obtaining signatures, and preparing receipts in order to ensure accurate monetary transactions;
- Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, waivers, and general Company information while seeking Supervisor assistance if needed;
- Ensure waivers are completed and processed correctly;
- Provide and ensure all customers have valid wristbands;
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility and parking area (e.g. counters, sweeping, windows/mirrors, empty garbage, etc.);
- Maintain and update all pertinent paperwork and computerized filing systems;
- Organize and maintain the back of trampoline courts and roll pads; and
- Basic computer processing.
- Other duties as assigned.

Court Monitors

The Court Monitor is responsible for ensuring customer safety and service while maintaining and monitoring the trampolines and surrounding areas.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Ensure the safety of all patrons;
- Interact, greet and be approachable to customers;
- Clean court when required (e.g. wipe and vacuum trampolines and pads, dust nets, etc.);
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and parking area (e.g. counters/tables, sweeping, mopping, windows/mirrors, empty garbage, etc.);
- Participate in birthday party “shoutouts”;
- Assist with periodic administrative duties such as filing when required;
- Toss foam




- Switch trampoline court equipment when necessary;
- Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, waivers, and general Company information while seeking Supervisor assistance if needed;
- Relay rules and procedures of the court to customers;
- Ensure accuracy of wristband times and information;
- Uphold and maintain all Health & Safety Practices and Emergency Procedures to keep both employees and customers safe;
- Assess appropriate skill levels of customers and advise recommended equipment; and
- Ensure prompt response and care to customers requiring first aid assistance.
- Other duties as assigned.

Kitchen Staff

The Kitchen Staff is responsible for preparing, selling, and serving all food and drink products to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve food and drink products using snack bar equipment;
- Process payments by accepting cash and/or credit cards, accurately returning the change, obtaining signatures, and preparing receipts in order to ensure accurate monetary transactions;
- Uphold and maintain all Health & Safety Practices and Emergency Procedures to keep both employees and customers safe;
- Must always follow Food Safety Regulations;
- Stock and replenish items in the snack bar;
- Greet customers in a professional, friendly manner in order to create a welcoming environment;
- Clean snack bar equipment and snack area (e.g. counters, tables, organize the snack bar, empty garbage, wash dishes, etc.);
- Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, and general Company information while seeking Supervisor assistance if needed;
- Assist with periodic administrative duties such as filing when required.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and parking area (e.g. counters, sweeping, windows/mirrors, empty garbage, etc.); and
- Participate in birthday party “shoutouts”.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Types: Part time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00 per hour
