Door-to-Door Sales Representative — Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning & Christmas Lights

Compensation: $4,000–$6,500/Month — base pay during onboarding & training, transitioning to a commission-based structure where your income scales directly with your performance.

About the Role

WaTCH Property Cleaning is growing, and we're building our client base the way that actually works — face to face. We're looking for outgoing, driven people to represent our window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and Christmas light installation services directly to homeowners across Durham Region.

This is a real sales career, not just a summer gig. You'll be outdoors, in the field, talking to real people every day — no cold-calling from a desk, no scripts read off a screen. Just you, a great product, and every door as a new opportunity.

Because we run three services on a seasonal rotation, top performers can sell — and earn — year-round:

- Spring / Summer / Fall: Window cleaning & gutter cleaning
- Fall / Winter: Christmas light installation & removal and snow removal

What You'll Do

- Go door-to-door across assigned Durham Region neighborhoods, spreading awareness of our window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting packages
- Deliver a outstanding first impression and the best possible experience for every homeowner you meet
- Provide on-the-spot quotes and book jobs using our pricing tools
- Book confirmed jobs directly into our system (mobile app / CRM)
- Build genuine rapport quickly and represent WaTCH professionally at every door




- Hit daily and weekly knock and close targets
- Follow up with homeowners who weren't ready to book on the first visit
- Coordinate with your team lead and crew scheduling for a smooth handoff on every sale

What We're Looking For

- A positive, coachable attitude and the consistency to show up and put in the work, every day
- A strong communicator who's comfortable approaching strangers and handling rejection
- Self-motivated and competitive — someone who wants to control their own outcome, not just collect a paycheck
- Comfortable working outdoors, on your feet, in varying weather
- Access to your own personal vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Experience in face-to-face customer interaction — door-to-door, fundraising, retail sales, or cold/warm calling — is an asset, but a great attitude matters more than a resume
