In this role, you will provide essential support to our optometrists and ensure a positive experience for our patients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of medical office experience and customer service skills, allowing them to thrive in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Booking appointments, confirmations and recalls
Proof reading and updating patient profiles
Processing referrals, requests and other medical documents and forms
Processing insurance claims and other forms of payment
Responding to inquiries and providing information




Performing reception duties
Performing general clerical and office duties

Planning and prioritizing work
Patient focus
ability to stand for long periods
Training provided for the right candidate using the latest sophisticated equipment
