Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, and other specialty dishes with precision and flair
- Follow standardized recipes and menus to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout all stages of food handling and preparation
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly used, cleaned, and maintained to uphold safety standards
- Once line is set up for breakfast service, proceed to lunch & dinner prep as needed.




- Properly store ingredients and leftovers according to food safety guidelines while minimizing waste

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within restaurants or catering environments
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
