Brandt is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and the safe handling of materials.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately based on pick tickets.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Complete shipping and receiving documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Perform daily and weekly cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the ERP system.
- Load and unload trucks while following safe material-handling practices.
- Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Service teams to achieve fill-rate targets.
- Process and submit damage claims in accordance with courier procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workplace.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
- Contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
