What You Will Do:

- Responsible for conducting outbound sales and business development activities to identify, engage, and acquire new B2B and B2G customers while providing a professional customer experience.
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events, and in-person prospecting.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with trucking companies, fleet operators, logistics providers, construction companies, automotive businesses, municipalities, government organizations,



police services, and other institutional customers.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers, including fleet managers, operations managers, procurement teams, and business owners.
- Present JP Towing's towing, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, transportation, and storage services to prospective customers and identify opportunities for long-term partnerships.
- Develop and secure new commercial accounts, preferred-vendor agreements, service contracts, and recurring business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business while maintaining company pricing and profitability objectives.
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer information, sales activities, and follow-up using the company's CRM and sales tools.
- Accountable for achieving agreed-upon sales, new-account, revenue, and gross-profit targets, while maintaining strong customer relationships and representing JP Towing professionally.

What You Bring:

- Proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in towing, roadside assistance, trucking, transportation, fleet, logistics, or automotive services.
- Proven ability to generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field prospecting.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with business owners, fleet managers, operations teams, procurement teams, and government organizations.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a results-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tools.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the GTA to meet customers and prospects.
