We are a long-time operating company (52 years) looking for a Program Manager. This role is perfect for a person who wants daily variety and is good working independently.

The role works alongside the facilities Administrator Monday to Friday and helps create work such as:

- Policy and Educational Materials
- Workplace Safety planning and Safety Awareness
- Project Work when requested (could be contingency planning or helping with accreditation for example)
- Assists Management with workplace investigations

For the candidate to be successful in this role they must be a self-starter, valuable at keeping themselves organized, and able to create their own schedule. This role works independently a fair amount but does have the DOC and Administrator for support. The role is not remote and is based at our Lethbridge, Alberta location (Edith Cavell).

Qualifications:





· A graduate from an approved nursing education program and in good standing with the professional association (2) two years’ recent related experience and (2) years of formal experience in adult teaching/learning and curriculum development; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

· Current practicing registration and in good standing with CRNA

· Current CPR certification.
