Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Vehicle Inspector to assist with vehicle inspections, production documentation, detailing, and inventory checks.

This is an entry-level position with training provided. The role will begin part-time, with the opportunity to work toward full-time hours as the company grows. Preference will be given to candidates living in Barrie, Innisfil, or nearby areas to keep the daily commute reasonable.

Responsibilities

- Complete incoming inspections when vehicles arrive
- Inspect vehicles for visible damage, missing items, and general condition
- Take clear and organized photos throughout the vehicle modification process
- Perform basic interior and exterior vehicle detailing
- Check inventory levels supplies
- Maintain accurate inspection records, checklists, and photo files
- Report quality concerns, damage, or missing items to management
- Keep vehicles and work areas clean and organized
- Assist with other vehicle-related duties as required

Qualifications

- No previous vehicle inspection experience is required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable taking photos and providing updates using a smartphone




- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Able to work independently and complete checklists accurately
- Basic knowledge of vehicles is considered an asset
- Previous experience in automotive detailing, body shops, dealerships, vehicle photography, or warehouse environments is an asset
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in an automotive shop environment
- Able to safely lift and carry supplies when required
