Marketing & Growth Specialist

Help build the marketing engine behind one of Southwestern Ontario’s fastest-growing home-service companies.

EaveSafe is a young, ambitious, rapidly expanding company with big plans. We’ve built a strong business through exceptional service, a growing brand, and a relentless focus on our customers—and we’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Specialist who wants to help take us to the next level.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be handed a narrow list of tasks and told to stay in your lane.

You’ll own our marketing.

From Google Ads and SEO to email, social media, content, website optimization, lead generation and trade shows, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how EaveSafe attracts customers and grows.

We’re looking for someone who is creative, competitive, entrepreneurial, highly organized and hungry to win. Someone who sees an opportunity and acts on it. Someone who cares about whether marketing actually generates revenue—not just whether a campaign looks good.

What you’ll be responsible for

- Develop and execute EaveSafe’s overall marketing strategy
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Grow organic traffic through SEO and Google Search Console
- Manage and improve our Wix website, including landing pages, conversion optimization and site speed
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns
- Develop social media and content strategies
- Generate and test new sources of qualified leads
- Track marketing performance, attribution and ROI
- Analyze what’s working, what’s not, and continuously improve
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal offers
- Coordinate and participate in trade shows and other marketing events




- Work closely with our sales and operations teams to turn marketing opportunities into revenue
- Help build the EaveSafe brand as we expand into new markets
- Use data to make decisions—not gut feelings alone

The goal

We aren’t looking for marketing activity for the sake of marketing activity.

We want results.

Our target is to generate approximately 10× return on marketing investment, and you’ll play a major role in helping us get there.

You’ll have the freedom to experiment, test new ideas, scrap things that aren’t working and double down on what does.

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need to have worked in the roofing, construction or home-services industry. That’s an asset, but it’s not required.

We’re looking for someone with approximately 2–3 years of marketing experience and relevant education who can hit the ground running.

What we offer

- $60,000+ starting salary, based on experience
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
