We are a Family Owned and Operated company that specializes in Property Maintenance work in an extremely busy and competitive industry. You have the ability to grow with our company, with options for advancement available. Full Time, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday. Paid weekly, with a bonus on a yearly basis. Great rate of pay, training available. Snow Removal work during the winter months. Working hours are 7AM until days work is completed. Safety equipment provided.

Abilities should include; fast thinker, problem solving, attention to details, abilities to work in a fast-paced environment, working in all weather conditions. Working with and around heavy equipment. Good mathematical skills, some knowledge of small engine repair and maintenance. Priorities will be given to those with previous experience, and or AR, DZ or AZ licenses.

Summary:

The Property Care Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of work tasks to complete grounds maintenance service contracts. The Property Care Specialist will be required to operate a variety of tools and equipment to carry out specified job tasks.

Job Duties:

- General grounds keeping including but not limited to: cutting, trimming, maintaining flower beds, planting, sodding, property maintenance, etc.




- Operate basic landscaping equipment including but not limited to: mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, etc.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
- A willingness to learn, demonstrated initiative, ability to make decisions based on sound judgment.
- Experience driving a truck and trailer considered an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb, bend, dig, etc.
- Comply with all company and legal policies/regulations

Requirements:

- Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
- Effective communication skills – must be able to carry out verbal instructions, read labels and signs, complete simple reports, report progress to supervisor
- Time management skills
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices
- Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
- Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks

Preference will be given to candidates with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Wages:

Wage Rate start at $18.00 and can range to $20.00 depending on experience, premium paid for winter snow work. This position is to work the remainder of the Summer into Fall for property cleanups, position transitions into Winter shoveling position in Winter Months
