As a seasonal stock associate at Mark's, you will play a vital role in the effective operation of the store by managing inventory flow and replenishment while maintaining strict health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the store. Early morning (6am) and Saturday availability is a requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, unpack and prepare (hang, fold, toggle, security tag) merchandise for the sales floor
- Merchandise new goods on the sales floor
- Replenish merchandise from the stock room to the sales floor
- Execute merchandise set-ups and changes based on direction from Category Managers
- Ensure stockroom is always clean and organized
- Assist with picking and packing online orders

Required Skills and Knowledge:

- Able to work independently and as a member of a team
- Able to use ladders regularly and be comfortable bending, lifting (50lbs) and kneeling
- Able to work long hours standing and walking
- Experience in a retail or stockroom/warehouse setting would be desirable but is not required

Wages start at $17.60 per hour. Salary decisions are dependent on factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
