Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate with strong customer service and communication skills. The primary focus of this role is assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting the day-to-day operation of the retail setting.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide professional and knowledgeable customer service.
- Assist customers with product selection and explain product features and benefits.
- Drive sales through effective product recommendations and upselling.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain organized and visually appealing merchandise displays.
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and stock organization.
- Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the retail space.
- Support daily operations as required.





Qualifications & Experience

- 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Previous vape retail experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with vape products and related technical products is preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and experience handling customer transactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience or proficiency in any of the following is considered an asset:

- Social Media Coordination - managing business social media accounts, creating or scheduling content, and engaging with customers.
- E-commerce Operations - processing online orders, maintaining product listings, packaging orders, and preparing shipments.
- SEO Proficiency - experience with search engine optimization, keyword research, website optimization, or content optimization.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
