We are a well-established Brain Health Centre located in North Vancouver. We have an opening for 1 full-time Client Acquisition Associate position. All training will be provided on the job.

What You’ll be Responsible for as the Client Acquisition Associate:
- Covering Incoming and Outgoing calls and sales leads with a mental health understanding and background
- Managing the appointments’ calendar
- Follow-up with clients
- Provide quality control calls and understand and empathize with clients
- Perform scripts to ensure consistency.
- Develop call lists independently
- Email and text message correspondences with clients
- Import the client's data into the CRM and EMR platforms
- Document all calls and results.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A college degree (Psychology is preferred)
- Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proficient Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, and Digital software)
- Familiar with CRM platforms
- High energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Creativity, initiative, and a team-oriented outlook for problem-solving
- A talent for finding opportunities for innovation and improvement for the business and the team
