We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Be able to make outgoing calls to clients in regards to financing.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry.
- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in c call center environment is preferred.




- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Robust analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.70 per hour
