Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our financial team! Duties

- Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including data entry and transaction recording using various accounting softwares
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections while maintaining accurate records.
- Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Support budgeting activities by analyzing expenses and preparing reports for management review.




- Collaborate with internal teams on month-end closing procedures and audit preparations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Experience

- Minimum one to two years of experience in Accounting field.
- Proven experience working with accounting software or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows.
- Demonstrated ability in account reconciliation, data entry accuracy, and account analysis.
- Knowledge of financial services industry practices is a plus.
- Excellent mathematical skills combined with attention to detail for precise bookkeeping and reporting.
- Prior experience supporting budgeting processes and working within accounting or finance teams is preferred.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
