Join our dynamic team as a Labour Packer Operator, where you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and safe handling of materials in office.

Shifts 10.5 hours

Responsibilities

- Operate heavy machinery packer, skidsteer
- Conduct pre-operation inspections on all equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance.
- Assist with site preparation, material placement, and site cleanup using various construction vehicles and tools.
- Follow detailed safety protocols during equipment operation and material handling to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate packing schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance needs, and operational logs.
- Support other construction activities such as paving, grading, or site leveling as needed.

Qualifications





- Proven experience operating heavy equipment packers skidsteer
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on machinery.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent preferred for operating larger vehicles or transporting equipment
- Ability to work safely around heavy machinery while adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Construction experience with a focus on material handling, packing operations, or site logistics is a plus.
