Uniform Urban Developments is an established Ottawa-based residential developer focused on creating thoughtfully designed homes and communities.

We are seeking a professional, motivated, and customer-focused New Home Sales Associate to join our team at our Stinson Place community in Manotick. This is a one-year temporary position providing maternity leave coverage.

The Opportunity

As a New Home Sales Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective purchasers and will guide them through the home-buying journey—from their initial inquiry through to the Agreement of Purchase and Sale. You will be responsible for generating and closing sales, managing leads, presenting our homes and community, and ensuring every customer receives a professional and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage prospective purchasers at the sales office and community.
- Present floor plans, community features, pricing, specifications, available homes, upgrades, and incentives.
- Identify customer needs and guide purchasers through the buying process.
- Prepare and review Agreements of Purchase and Sale and related new home sale legal documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including construction, design, and head office.
- Maintain strong relationships with purchasers, brokers, and industry professionals.
- Stay informed about the community, product offering, construction progress, market conditions,



and competing developments.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in new home sales, residential real estate, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Docusign.
- Knowledge of the Ottawa residential real estate market is an asset.
- Familiarity with Agreements of Purchase and Sale and new home construction is an asset.
- Reliable transportation is required.

Weekend availability is mandatory- hours are Monday-Wednesday noon-7pm and weekends 12-5pm
