We are actively recruiting experienced, highly motivated property maintenance worker on our team. We desire candidates who demonstrate reliability and integrity and commitment who want to grow with our team.

Qualified candidates have

- working knowledge of lawn/garden maintenance equipment
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Physically fit
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Drivers license( G2 required)
- Reliable transportation
- Team player

Wage = Negotiable with experience

You will be responsible to complete daily work orders in a safe and efficient work manner.

Duties will include:





- Load and unload truck and trailer daily
- Inspect vehicle daily to ensure secure operation
- Operate mowing equipment/trimmers/blowers/hedgers
- Garden Maintenance (pruning, cultivating, edging and weeding)
- Inspect/maintain equipment
- Winter duties (on call)

This position is full time with a minimum of 44 hours per week.
