Position Summary:

As the public face of the company the Sales Associate is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services the company offers. Sales Associates greet customers on arrival then assist the customer with any questions they have about the purchase they want to make while demonstrating outstanding customer service. Sales Associates are responsible for all sales activities from greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, providing product information, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked with merchandise, maintaining the display of merchandise, and organizing the sales floor and stock areas. Associates are also responsible for assisting customers looking to pay on or pick up their loans and processing those payments accordingly and accurately. Associates will work with a wide variety of merchandise including: jewelry, video games, tools, cell phones, antiques, home audio,



musical instruments and other electronics.

Wage:

- Compensation package that includes a base wage plus uncapped commissions: most of our associates make between $16.75 and $20 hourly.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Completion of High school
- 18 years of age or more
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace workplace
- Able to perform basic math such as subtraction, addition, multiplication, division, and percentages
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team
- Strong and motivated work ethic
- The desire in serving customers, and working with people
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Computer literate and able to operate common office machines

*This wage range is not a guaranteed rate. The range presented is an approximation based on current associates’ commissions and base wages. As it is an uncapped structure, associates may make more than presented, though associates are guaranteed their base wage as outlined by their employment contract.*
