Duties

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our CRM system.




- Collaborate with sales teams to support customer retention strategies through effective communication and analysis skills.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Requirements
