Overview
We are seeking a self motivated Bar Back/ Kitchen line cook to join our team as we head into our busy season. Friday and Saturday late shift availability is a must, with the opportunity to pick up kitchen shifts as well.

Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required, along with a solid understanding of the food industry standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food handling.

Kitchen Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of work stations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Follow proper food storage procedures to prevent contamination and spoilage
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods




- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients or supplies
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a protected working environment

Barback Responsibilities

- Clear tables and bar of glassware, dishes, etc
- Assist bartenders in stocking/prepping of the bars
- Help maintain a clean and sanitary venue
- Support the bar during peak hours
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
