Insurance Broker – Branch Ownership Opportunity

Fairstar Insurance Group Inc. is a quick-growing independent brokerage offering experienced insurance professionals a clear path to branch ownership.

We are seeking a Insurance Brokers with a strong sales mindset and community presence to grow a personal and commercial book of business.

What You’ll Do:

- Prospect and close new Auto, Home, and Commercial insurance business
- Generate leads through networking and community involvement
- Assess client needs, quote, negotiate, and bind coverage
- Manage renewals and cross-sell additional products
- Build a high-quality book of business with long-term ownership potential

What You Bring:

- RIBO license in good standing (required)
- 1+ year of insurance sales experience in Canada (Auto/Home/Business preferred)
- Strong hunter mentality and proven sales ability




- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation: $80,000–$100,000
